Worship Services: Join us for our 8:30 am virtual service or our 10:00am in-person gathering as we worship together in a warm and welcoming community. The nursery is available each week during the 10:00am service.

• Pastor Connect: Take a little time to connect this summer! Pastor Yun is setting aside time to meet with anyone from our church or community for a relaxed visit. Sunday School:

Children’s Sunday School is on summer break. The nursery will continue to be available each week throughout the summer. Coloring pages will be available for children who attend the Sanctuary service. Sunday school will resume Sunday, September 13, 2026 and meets after the start of the 10am Sunday service at 10:15 following the children’s message in church.

Adult Sunday School is on recess until the Fall.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study: will meet at 10 am every Wednesday beginning in September. If you would like more information please email the church office at Office@valechurch.org

• Music:
  • Chancel Choir will resume weekly Wednesday evening rehearsals on August 26, 2026, 7:30 – 9pm. The Chancel Choir performs for worship every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. All are welcome! See Special Events below for a Summer Pick-Up Choir opportunity!

  • Children’s Choir will resume weekly Sunday afternoon rehearsals on September 13, 2026. Ages 3-12 meet on the Sanctuary right after worship for about 15 min. The Children’s Choir performs for worship as they are ready.

• Handbell Choir will resume weekly Sunday afternoon rehearsals on September 13, 2026 right after Children’s Choir. Rehearsals run from about 11:30-12:30pm. The Handbell Choir performs for worship the 3rd Sunday of every month.

Flute Choir will resume regular rehearsals starting in Septemeber, 2026, on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Rehearsals are 7:30- 9pm on the Fellowship Hall. Flute Choir performs for worship the 3rd Sunday of every month. 

Luminary Youth:  This is a space just for teens to build friendships, explore faith, and enjoy meaningful conversations and activities together. Be sure to follow us on Instagram @valeyouth where we’ll post exciting upcoming Youth events. We can’t wait to see you there! 

           Children (ages 3-8) Our Sunday school program is on summer break, but will resume September 13th and continue during the Sunday morning service, with curriculum designed for children.

Special Events at Vale:

Sunday, July 19

            *Summer Pick-Up Choir – Have you ever wanted to sing in a choir without the weekly rehearsal commitment? Join us for a special summer choir on July 19! We’ll meet at 9:00am for a brief rehearsal to learn a fun, easy song and then sing it during that morning’s worship service. Who? anyone who enjoys singing!             *Embry Rucker Bagged Lunches – On Sunday, July 26 starting at 9 am in the church kitchen, come help make sandwiches and pack bags for the Embry Rucker Shelter. We will be done before the 10am service. We also need help with a few food donations if you can help in that way. Sign up to help. Food donations (except bread) should be delivered to the church by Friday, July 24 and be labeled for Embry Rucker Shelter. Bread should be delivered on July 26 by 9am (to ensure freshness).
